10 Healthy Foods That Calm & De-Stress

This is one of the most important lists I keep on my fridge and consult every now and again. During my consultation, when I go through this list with my students, they are amazed to learn how some super foods can so drastically change your health and improve creativity, energy levels and prevent illnesses. Most importantly, these foods are so delicious and within the budget. Contrary to most adverting where healthy foods are shown as tasting like cardboard to super expensive, these are so amazing and delicious.  A calm and stress free mind results in a healthy radiant body and it all starts with the diet.
